Find all the possible rational roots of

f(x)= 4x^4 - 3x^3 +2x^2 + x -3

f(x) = -3x^3 - 2x^2 + x -1

numerator divides 3, so ±1,±3
denominator divides 4, so ±1,±2,±4


similarly,
numerator is ±1
denominator is ±1,±3
