When you golf, you receive 18 units of pleasure from the first hole and on each hole thereafter your pleasure drops by one unit, so that the 2nd hole gives you 17 units of pleasure etc. If you play 5 holes and the rain hits so that you quit playing, what is the total pleasure, the average pleasure, and the marginal pleasure experienced at the last hole played?
I have some direction from the professor based of examples from his notes but I am not getting this right. This is what I have so far and then I am supposed to graph it. It is totally wrong though.
X = 0 1 2 3 4 5 6
Total= 0 18 17 16 15 14 0
Marginal= 18 1 1 1 1 14
