The time a object is in freed all is given by the formula t= v/2g where v is the final velocity, g is the gravitational constant of 32 ft/ sec squared, and t is for time of the fall. A sky diver jumps out of a plane at 6000 feet. How long did it take to reach the final velocity of -96 feet per second!

Please show all work, and how u got the answer! Thanks guys!!

t = V/2g = 96 / 64 = 1.5 s.

If you mean V/g,
t = 96 / 32 = 3 s.
