The field of an unknown charges is first mapped with a 1.0 X 10^-8 C test charges, then repeated with 2.0 X 10^-8 C test charge.
a) would the same forces be measured with the two test charges (Explain)?
b) would the same fields be determine using the two test charges (Explain)?

a) No. Doubling the test charge doubles the force.

b) Yes. The field does not depend upon the test charge. The test charge gets divided out when you convert force to field
