labeling form highest to lowest IMF and why

HBr, LiF,CH4

HBr- Dipole, covalent
LiF-Dipoole, Ionic
CH4, Hydrogen bonding, -4

Is this right?

I would think LiF IMF to be stronger than HBr. You are right that CH4 is the weakest but not because of H bonding. H bonding, to occur, must be attached to O, N, F. For example, HF, HOH, NH3.
