Isn't 3 mg/mL = 3000 ug/1000 uL? Then 50 uL contains
3000 ug x (50 uL/1000 uL) = 150 ug/50 uL = 3 ug/uL.
If you want 50 ug/50 uL, that means you want 50 ug from the stock soln? How many uL does it take to obtain 50 ug?
3 ug/uL x ?uL = 50 ug
?uL = 50/3 = 16.67 uL and dilute to 50 uL.
Check my work.
