How much bigger is the area of a square with side 3x + 2y inches than a square with side 2x - y inches?

Area of square with side 3x+2y
= (3x+2y)^2
= 9x^2 + 12xy + 4y^2

area of square with side 3x-2y
= (3x-2y)^2
= 9x^2 - 12xy + 4y^2

difference = 24xy
