                I am hoping someone would be able to assist with a multiple question I have.  The answer I have is B that Germany disassociated/distanced themselves from it.  However, other resources denote Germany did claim/denied that it ever happended.  This is very confusing to me if anyone has any suggestions and/or recommendations I would appreciate it very much indeed!

    Although Germany has/had a few Holocaust deniers, Germany as a whole attempted reparations.  Ordinary citizens often tried to distance themselves from it.
