the perimeter of a triangle is 136m. If the seond side is 8m. more than half the first and the third side is 12m. less than twice the first, find the three sides.

(x/2+8) m. = 2nd side.
(2x-12) m. = 3rd side.
P = 136 m.

X + (x/2+8) + (2x-12) = 136 m.
3.5x + 8 - 12 = 136
3.5x - 4 = 136
3.5x = 140
X = 40 m.
x/2 + 8 = 40/2 + 8 = 28 m.
2x - 12 = 80 - 12 = 68 m.
