If y is directly proportional to x and inversely proportional to z^2, by what value is y multiplied if x is doubled and z is multiplied by 3

y=kx/z^2
so if x is doubled, z is tripled, then ynew is =y old*2/9
so if x is doubled, z is tripled, then ynew is =y old*2/9
