Can anyone help me on finding the answer to this question. Wehn should the computerized medical database be online to the computer terminal? Just let me know what web site I need to go to.

I typed in a few words to Google but had no luck. Perhaps I didn't know what I was looking for. At any rate, if you will go to www.google.com and try some search words you may find what you need.

I found some articles but you had to pay to download them.
Can you not guess? When would you want your medical data displayed on the terminal? Who would you want to be able to read it? Would you walk away from your desk in an office and leave someone's records displayed on your monitor screen?
