I don't think there's enough info here.
If h is the altitude and x and (x+3) are adjacent sides, then h=x*sin(t) where t is the angle between the sides.
Then we have
1/2 (x+3)(x sin(t)) = 14
For any suitable value of x, there may be two values of t that will provide solutions, depending on whether the triangle is acute or obtuse.
That having been said, let's pick an easy angle, say 30 or 150 degrees. Then
1/2 (x+3)(x/2) = 14
x=6.13
and the sides are 6.13, 9.13, 4.91
or 6.13, 9.13, 14.76
