In 1945, at the end of world was II Japan was in economic ruin. Today it rivals in the industrial strength of the united states. Arecent newspaper article compared the employment attitudes of north american and japaneese auto workers. The article suggested that the japanese employee was a better worker. Comment this statement. A personal note: Japanese workers tend to be more docile in accepting their bosses dictates for working hours and relocation.
