I = 700W/h^2.
His Bmi should be > 22 but < 32.
700W/h^2 > 22
Multiply both sides by h^2/700:
W > (h^2/700)*22
W > (67^2/700)*22
W > 141.1 Lbs.
W < (67^2/700)*32
W < 205 Lbs.
Solution set: 141 < W < 205.
