in 9th chap agust say that women be problem, telling "it must be full moon" it actually be women or august that be problem?

August is the problem.

Marlena is understandably upset because her horse had to be killed. She's also sad that the horse meat had to be fed to the other animals. August shows no sympathy toward Marlena.
