I assume you mean that it is a fair spinner (i.e. it stops at any position with equal probability) but the sectors of the spinner are of different sizes.

In this case, the probability of it stopping on "a" is the sector angle of a (in degrees) divided by 360.

If it is not a fair spinner, we don't have an answer.
