AC=2(x-3)
BD=(x+5)?

if AC and BD are diagonals, they are equal in a rectangle

2x-6 = x+5
x = 11

So, we have a rectangle with diagonal 11. Unfortunately, that's not enough. It could be anything from a square of side √11 to a long thin rectangle with length almost 11.
