How many moles of ions are contained in 1.4 L of a 1.6 M solution of Mg(NO3)2?

mols Mg(NO3)2 = M x L = ?
mols Mg = same as mols Mg(NO3)2.
moles NO3^- = 2x mols Mg(NO3)2
total mol = mols Mg^2+ + mols NO3^-
