just add up the sides:
2√50 + 3√72 + 6√98 + 3√12
factor out perfect squares:
2*5√2 + 3*6√2 + 6*7√2 + 3*2√3
70√2 + 6√3
2√50 + 3√72 + 6√98 + 3√12
