    Log(x+10) = 1 + Log(4x-3).
Log(x+10)-Log(4x-3) = 1.
Log(x+10)/Log(4x-3) = 1.
Cross multiply:
Log(x+10) = Log(4x-3).
If 2 numbers have equal Logs, the numbers are equal:
x+10 = 4x-3.
4x-x = 10+3.
3x = 13.
X = 13/3.
