6y = 8x-11.
8x - 6y = 11.
m = -A/B = -8/-6 = 4/3.
Y-int = C/B = -11/6

Y = mx + b.
Let b = 2:
Y = (4/3)X + 2.
3y = 4x + 6.

Eq: 4x-3y = -6.
