3rd Amendment
In the 3rd Amendment homeowners don’t have to put of soldiers in their homes. No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered neither in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
is there anything else I should add????
