Paul's car can have wheel's ranging from 18-24 inches radius. He has the option of getting a wheel with the diameter of 2 and half feet, 3 and half feet, or 4 and half feet. What size wheel should he purchase? Explain?

A radius is half the diameter.
18 * 2 = 36 inches = 3 feet
24 * 2 = 48 inches = 4 feet
