JUNGER SAYS THAT EVEN A 10 KNOT INCREASE  IN WIND SPEED CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS FOR A SHIP.  PICK TWO WIND SPEEDS THAT DIFFER BY 10 KNOTS, AND COMPARE THE RESULTING WAVE ENERGIES.
