I am not certain exactly what a 4th grade teacher is supposed to be doing with this subject, but there is NO difference in pitch and frequency in common usage. Either a, or B is correct.

I'm 4th grade and I know nothing of bats and dolphins. This is a question of my spring packet.

The difference between pitch and frequensy is frequency is the characteristics of a wave length, and pitch is the result that we hear depending if it has a high or low frequency.
