Arrhenius acids produce H^+ in solution. Wouldn't HI be an Arrhenius acid?
HI ==> H^+ + I^-
Arrhenius bases produce OH^- in solution? Wouldn't that be CsOH?
CsOH ==> Cs^+ + OH^-
