f(x/2) is the same as f(x), but the x-axis is stretched by a factor of 2.
So, we want x/2 = -1 or x = -2
and also x/2 = 2, or x = 4
So, we want x/2 = -1 or x = -2
and also x/2 = 2, or x = 4
