130 revolutions per minute = 130 * 2 * r * pi = 260 * r * pi [ in / min ]
In this case r = 7 / 2 = 3.5 in
Velocity = 260 * 3.5 * pi = 2858.8493 in / min
1 ft = 12 in
Velocity = 285.8493 / 12 =
