I have a review question that says: The formula for the circumference of a circle is C = pi x d, where d represents the circle's diameter. Which statementis correct? Would it be D? Wasn't sure if a diameter could have a decimal or fraction.
A. the formula only works if d is 1
B. the formula only works if d is a whole number like 1,2,or 3
C. This formula only works if d is 1 or greater than 1
D. This formula works even if d is a fraction like 1/2 or a decimal like 1.5
