(f+g)(x) = f(x)+g(x) = (x^2+3) + (3x-1) = x^2 + 3x + 2

(fg)(x) = f(x) g(x) = (x^2+3)(3x-1) = 3x^3 - x^2 + 9x - 3

(fog)(x) = f(g(x)) = g^2+3 = (3x-1)^2 + 3 = 9x^2 - 6x + 4

(gof)(x) = g(f) = 3f-1 = 3(x^2+3)-1 = 3x^2 + 8
