(n-3)/d = 2/3
n/(d+10) = 1/2

3(n-3) = 2d
2n = d+10

3n - 2d = 9
2n - d = 10

n = 11
d = 12

(11-3)/12 = 8/12 = 2/3
11/(12+10) = 11/22 = 1/2
