a. KE = 0.5m*V^2.
KE = 0.5*0.5 * 10^2 = 25 Joules.

b. PE = Loss in KE = 25 Joules.

c. hmax = (V^2-Vo^2)/2g.
hmax = (0-(10^2)) / -19.6 = 5.10 m.
