Caleb planted a garden in a rectangular shape. The garden is 6 feet and 14 feet long. How many rows, 18 inches apart, did he plant lengthwise?

18 inches = 1.5 feet
If we assume that the rows are centered, leaving a border around the edges, then there are 6/1.5 = 4 rows.
If the rows are planted right along the borders, then there's an extra row.
