Find the slope and y-intercept of the line given..y=5/6x-14

it's called the slope-intercept form because just by inspection yo can read off the slope and y-intercept

y=mx+b where
m=slope
b=y-intercept. so, for this problem,

slope = 5/6
y-intercept = -14
