I forget, in the heading of a friendly letter, do you write your address or to whom you are writing's address?

No addresses at the top of friendly letters. Just the date and salutation.

For some reason, my teacher gave us an outline of how we should have it and it does have a heading. Also, when I was looking on Google, it had a heading in the friendly letter.

I wasn't sure whether in the heading we wrote the address of the sender or who was being sent the letter. I wasn't provided with that information.
