well, what's the problem?
f(5)-f(4) = 25-16 = 9
5-4 = 1
f' = 2x
so, where does 2x = 9?
f (x) = x^2, [4, 5]
If the Mean Value Theorem can be applied, find all values of c in the open interval (a, b) such that
f '(c) = f (b) − f (a)/b − a
