Opia is a real estate agent. Kakaiku owns a house which he decides to sell. Although kakaiku has not appointed opia his agent, kakaiku sells the house to a third party introduced by opia. Opia claims his commission from kakaiku. Advice kakaiku and opia as to their respective rights.
