If the snow on hill is frictionless it should also be frictionless on the level patch. This is a very artificial contrived problem. But let's do it anyway.
KE at bottom = M g H = Friction * (slide distance X)
M g H = M g*0.07*X
X = H/0.07 = 28.5 meters
KE at bottom = M g H = Friction * (slide distance X)
M g H = M g*0.07*X
X = H/0.07 = 28.5 meters
