Read the decimal. Is it one-tenth, sixty-seven hundredths, forty-nine thousandths?

Write 0.25 as 25/100, and then reduce it to lowest terms by dividing numerator and denominator by the greatest common divisor (25 in this case). That will change the fraction to 1/4.
0.08 = 8/100 = 2/25.
Try to figure out the rest.
Repeating decimals such as 0.333..., 0.666...
and 0.142857142857...
require a special treatment. They can also be converted to fractions. (1/3, 2/3 and 1/7 for those examples)
