subtract three from x, and 2 from y.
for instance y=2x+4 at x=0, y=4
shift it to right
y=2(x-3)+4. Now, at x=3, y=4
for instance y=2x+4 at x=0, y=4
shift it to right
y=2(x-3)+4. Now, at x=3, y=4
