How do you draw an angle ABC , with A=35, AC=6cm and C=65?

It appears you mean a triangle ABC

Just draw a 35° angle and label it A.

Mark off a length of 6cm on one side, and label the other point C. Now AC = 6cm.

At point C, draw a 65° angle opening towards point A. Where that angle intersects the other side of angle A is point B.
