if a 6 foot vertical rod casts a shadow 15 feet long, how high is a flagpole that casts a shadow 60 feet long? i know this is multiplication, but i don't know how to set it up. 10 feet?

Use a proportion. Cross multiply and solve for x.

6/15 = x/60
