If it takes 90N to stretch a spring 1/2 m beyond equilibrium, use an integral to find how much Work it takes to stretch the spring 5m beyond equilibrium

work= INT force.dx from o to 5
force= kx
k=90/.5=180N/m
work= INT 180*x.dx= 1/2 180 x^2 from 0 to 5, = 90 *25 joules
force= kx
