Please help. The scale factor of ^RST to ^DEC is 3:13. What is the scale factor of ^DEC to ^RST?

the reciprocal, or 13:3

think about it: if A is 2 times as big as B, B is 1/2 as big as A. Don't let weird fractions throw you.
