In which one of the following complete subjects agrees with the predicate
"has learned spanish"?

B.The twins,Tina and Terry,

I think its "C" am i correct?

how about "B" can it agree with the prdicate?

Twins is plural. For B to be correct the predicate would have to be "have learned Spanish."
