f'(x) = 6x - 5 / 2 sqrt(3x^2-5x+7)
f'(2) = 12 - 5 / 2 sqrt ( 12-10+7)
= 7 / 2 sqrt (9)
= 7/ 2*3
= 7/6
= 1.16666
