    You have 2 points given:
(-3,0) and (0,6)
slope = (6-0)/(0+3)
= 2
now you have the slope AND thy y-intercept
your equation is
y = 2x + 6

(-3,0) and (0,6)
slope = (6-0)/(0+3)
= 2
now you have the slope AND thy y-intercept
your equation is
y = 2x + 6
