First convert all the measurements to inches by using the formula 12 inches= 1 foot.. Therefore 23' - 11"= 287".. 25'- 2"=302".. 18'-3"=219".. 28'- 8"= 344".. 32'- 4"=388"..... Which gives a total of 1,540"= 128'- 4"
