498 mmHg is 0.6553 atm or 6.638*10^4 N/m^2
You should use N/m^2 units for pressure when you use the equation
delta P = ñ g H = 6.638*10^4 N/m^2
Divide by ñ*g to get the additional height H of the brain above the heart. The density ñ must be in kg/m^3
