moles KOH = M x L = ?
Convert moles KOH to moles H2SO4 using the coefficients in the balanced equation.
?mol KOH x (1 mole H2SO4/2 moles KOH) =
? mol KOH x (1/2) = x mol H2SO4

Now, M H2SO4 = moles H2SO4/L H2SO4.
You know M H2SO4 and moles H2SO4, solvwe for L H2SO4 and convert to mL.
